What are your eligibility criteria?
/ Being 18 years or older
/ Holding a stable job (the same one) for at least three months
/ Being paid by direct deposit
/ Earning a net income of at least $1,200 per month
/ Having a telephone number where you can be reached
/ Not being in the process of or about to file for bankruptcy or consumer proposal
How can I apply?
We offer two simple and confidential options for applying for a loan online or on the telephone with the help of a representative.
A. Online (the best way! Available 24/7, from the privacy of your own home)
Fill in the online form and press the “Submit” button.
If you want to speed up the process, make sure to gather the following documents:
- Proof of identity with a photo
- Pay stubs
- Bank statement for the 30 days preceding the application date, showing at least two pay deposits (those for which you have provided the pay stubs in point #2)
- Proof of residential address (e.g., Hydro bill, telephone bill, cable bill, etc.)
- Cheque specimen (for depositing the loan )
- Scan your documents and send us everything by e-mail at email@example.com.
If one or more documents requested are not provided with your application, we will contact you during our business hours to obtain them. Your file will be pending during this time.
B. By telephone, during our business hours at 1-855-867-3322:
NO TELEPHONE FEES. One of our representatives will complete with you the request and will ask for the documents listed in Point A.
How long will it take to receive the money?
Once we have received all documents requested, we will complete the evaluation process in under one hour.
If your application is approved and you return the loan contract duly signed before 10:30 a.m., your money will be electronically deposited into your account that very day. If the loan contract arrives AFTER 10:30 a.m., your money will be deposited the following day (or the next business day).
Do you accept self-employed workers?
Unfortunately, no we do not accept self-employed workers. We accept clients benefiting from CSST programs, employment insurance, disability insurance, pension plans, etc.
